In the last year I’ve been doing a lot of work with affiliate marketing. In that time I’ve run campaigns through Commission Junction, Azoogle, Neverblue, Rocket Profit, CPA Empire, and World Dating Partners. While each network has it’s own strengths, in my experience Neverblue seems to be the best for the beginning marketer.
I’m still a small time marketer, one who does about as much in a month as the "super affiliates" do in a day. Even so, my AM, Victoria Hansen, does her best to help me out. When you’re still learning that is invaluable.
My approach to marketing includes having built a major statistical backend for each site that collects a ton of data for each user as they come to and leave the site. Neverblue offers a very easy way to ping my site when a commission is generated so I can track which users/keywords are converting. This has been the single most helpful way to get conversion costs down I have found. You can also add "pixels" to most campaign landing pages which helps for tracking with PPC systems link AdWords, YSM and AdCenter.
The biggest thing on any network is the offers they run. Neverblue runs hundreds of quality offers in 20 different categories, including offers from the hot financial and ringtone/mobile fields. Offers have plenty of creatives available giving you the flexibility to match offers to your sites.
Perhaps the least important factor is the layout and usability of their site, but I still feel they have done an excellent job. Offers are easy to browse through and search. Reports are easy to run and view. Their homepage gives you a good overview of your financial info, top and new offers, latest news, and affiliate manager contact info.
Which network do you use, and why do you like them?
