BlogRush is a new service that allows you to gain more exposure and traffic to your blog. Like many of these traffic exchange type systems, there is a chance for abuse, but it is being developed by internet marketing giant John Reese, and is getting positive reviews from Shoemoney, Andy Beal and John Chow. BlogRush works by showing headlines from 5 other blogs in the same general field as yours on your site, and giving you credit for showing them. It then shows your headlines on other blogs.
Getting BlogRush on your site couldn’t be easier. First you will need to visit BlogRush and sign up for an account with them. After you sign up you will be given a small chunk of JavaScript that needs to be inserted into your site. You can insert it into any template you like, but I think the sidebar is the easiest way to go. Login to yoursite.com/wp-admin and go to Presentation -> Theme Editor. Choose your Sidebar file and insert the BlogRush code where you want it displayed.
